     Award-winning Nigerian actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde is set to give her fans an up close and personal insight to her life on new reality series Omotola: The Real Me.

     On the show fans will get to see the actress working to maintain a balance between her professional and personal responsibilities. Omotola says, “You will get to see everything. What we are doing is very real. It’s basically my whole life. The parts where I’m taking care of the kids, the parts where I’m taking care of the home, the parts when I am working, the parts where I’m yelling. It’s crazy. My life is crazy!”

      The reality TV show was filmed on location in Lagos, London, Ghana, Miami and Kingston Jamaica. Omotola is also a recording artist, UN world food programme ambassador and Amnesty International campaigner.

Na bahati mbaya zaidi vifo hivyo vimekuwa vikihusishwa na imani za kishirikina.

     Familia nyingi zimesambaratika na wengine wameuawa kwa kuhusishwa na vifo vya namna hii. Lipo tatizo ambalo linafahamika kama Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS),
ambalo kwa Marekani hujulikana kama Crib Death. Hiki ni kifo cha ghafla cha mtoto wa chini ya mwaka mmoja ambapo sababu ya kifo inakuwa haifahamiki, pengine hata baada ya uchunguzi wa mwili wa mtoto kufanyika. Tatizo hili ndilo linalosababisha vifo vya watoto wengi wa umri chini ya mwaka mmoja, na siyo kwa Tanzania pekee bali duniani kote. Kwa mfano Marekani kwa mujibu wa takwimu za mwaka 2009, ilionyesha kwamba watoto wapatao 2,226 walifariki kutokana na tatizo hilo. Hata hivyo kwa mujibu wa takwimu za nyuma inaonyesha kwamba idadi hiyo imepungua kwa asilimia 50, na hiyo ilitokana na kampeni iliyoanzishwa nchini humo iliyopewa jina la Back-to-Sleep Campaign ambayo ilizinduliwa mwaka 1994. Hiyo ni Marekani ambapo wenzetu wametutangulia kwa teknolojia ya utabibu.

      Naamini kwa nchi zinazoendelea ikiwamo Tanzania tatizo linaweza kuwa kubwa zaidi. Kwenye kitabu cha Molecular Link Between the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and the long- QT Syndrome, pamoja na jarida la Medical Association la Oktoba 2006 inaonekana kwamba, watoto wengi wanaofariki kwa vifo vya namna hii, wale wa kiume wanaongoza kwa asilimia 61, ukilinganisha na watoto wa kike.       Zipo sababu nyingi mbazo zinahusishwa na kuzaliwa kwa watoto wanaokumbwa na vifo vya ghafla usingizini ambazo baadhi yake ni hizi zifuazo: -Mama mzazi kutohudhuria kliniki wakati wa ujauzito -Mama mjamzito kutopata vyakula vyenye virutubisho. -Mimba za utotoni -Mama kuzaa haraka haraka bila kupata muda wa kupumzika baada ya kujifungua -Mama mjamzito kuvuta sigara -Mama mjamzito kutumia madawa ya kulevya au pombe kupita kiasi -Mtoto kuzaliwa na uzito mdogo. Sababu nyingine inayotajwa mbali na hizo hapo juu ni ile inayotokana na ulalaji wa mtoto. Inawezekana mtoto akazaliwa akiwa na afya yake njema, lakini anaweza kupatwa na kifo cha ghafla usingizini kutokana na namna alivyolazwa. Kwa mfano kumlaza kifudifudi mtoto wa umri wa chini ya mwaka mmoja kunahusishwa na vifo vya namna hii, lakini pia hata kumlaza kiubavu nayo si salama, kwani ni rahisi sana mtoto kugeuka mwenyewe na kama ikitokea amejiziba pumzi ni rahisi kupoteza maisha. Inashauriwa kama mtoto analazwa kifudifudi asilazwe kwenye godoro laini mto laini au blangeti laini kama sufi, kwani ni rahisi kusababisha joto na kumfanya mtoto kuvuta hewa yenye joto na hivyo kumsababishia kifo.       Kwa hiyo basi, vifo vingi vya ghafla vya watoto wa umri huu, ambavyo vinahusishwa na imani za kishirikina, vikichunguzwa sana, itagundulika kwamba, sababu nilizozitaja, zinahusika moja kwa moja. Lakini kwa sababu ya kutojua, watu wanakimbilia kushikana uchawi. Ni vyema kama mama wajawazito wataelimishwa kuhusu tatizo hili na sababu zinazosababisha pale wanapohudhuria kliniki ili wachukue tahadhari.

Few would choose to end up on Mike Tyson's bad side, but when Brad Pitt got into bed with Tyson's ex-wife, Robin Givens, he did just that.
During an interview for "In Depth with Graham Bensinger" on Yahoo! Sports, Tyson discussed the day he walked into ex-wife Givens' house to find the "Head of the Class" actress in bed with the hunky heartthrob.



Tyson explained that while he and Givens were tending to divorce proceedings in 1988, they would still have sex. "I was getting a divorce. I was going to my lawyer's office to divorce her that day but I wanted to sneak in a quickie." Apparently, Givens was also spending time with Pitt. "This particular day, someone beat me to the punch," Tyson told Bensinger. "I guess Brad got there earlier than I did. I was mad as hell. You should've saw his face when he saw me."
In April, while speaking to Global Grind, Tyson told the Givens-Pitt story a bit differently.
"One day, I’m going to her house to bone her again and no one’s home, and I’m leaving and she’s pulling up with Brad Pitt, and I’m sad," he said. At the time, Tyson did not recognize the superstar actor. "He wasn’t Brad Pitt back then. He was just some little beach-bum-looking dude. 'Hey dude' kind of guy. He was probably selling his body for money or something, I don’t know. He was very pretty."
"I wasn’t thinking about attacking him," Tyson told Global Grind. "I was just depressed I couldn’t bone her no more."
